Mickstup Mouse gets a letter from Social Security, hopes it's money, and finds out what the new government policy is towards the mentally ill. Meanwhile, Frisco Duck says things to a doctor, which the doctor considers to be insinuations of some sort. Is this Frisco's true behaviour, or is it typical of the sort of thing that might be likely to play up the doctor?!

can't tell what's really there until you actually go and see it,
and even then it may not be believable. Well Done again to Criddles for showing the
irony of the world in graphic detail!
